Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received by December 15th, 2018 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the conference fee refunded.
- Cancellations received by January 15th, 2019 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
- Cancellations received after January 15th, 2019 or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fees.
All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
